With the DP-24 on it's own, it is not. What I do is take the L&R outs and run them into a headphone amp with 4 outs while tracking. I can turn off the monitors, and if the vocalist needs me to isolate a few tracks and mute others while he sings, it's simple to do that on the DP-24, and he gets exactly the feed in the cans he wants while singing. It's an effective and inexpensive (Behringer 4 channel headphone amp, under $100) workaround, and offers the additional benefit of eliminating bleed into the mike, as long as decent closed back cans are used.
