New User with a specific question

Gang,

New user here. I own a Mixcast 4 and love it... but my power adapter is broken. The part number is PS-P1220E NUT, but I can't find that available for purchase anywhere. I have found the PS-P1220E, which doesn't seem to have the screw-on nut to hold the cable in.

Anyone know if that adapter be compatible with the MixCast4 even though it's not included in the list of model numbers? (And, sorry for posting in the wrong forum, but I can't find a forum that includes the MixCast4.)

it's a new product isn't it? Go back to the retailer,it's still under warranty isn't it? If they can't get a replacement from Tascam, return it for a new one. How did you break a power unit so quickly?
