you guys were very helpful with a problem I posted elsewhere on the forum about my old Tascam porta one, and would greatly appreciate your help again. I now have the tape side of the machine working perfectly - but I'm not getting any sound from any of the 4 mic / line inputs the VU meters react as they should but I'm only getting sound through the headphones or line out if I have it set to cue (not remix I get no sound set on remix) max out the trim pots and headphone volume - and even then it's very quiet.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
