I was able to acquire a beat up old Porta02 MkII 4-track from an auction recently. I got it working perfectly after replacing a few caps.
Only problem with the unit now is the previous owner disassembled the tape counter for some reason, then I broke it further myself trying to get it back together.
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement tape counter that fits this unit? There are tons of them on eBay but of varying manufacturers and it's hard to tell with just the pics whether or not they'll be an exact fit.
