Not as a plug-in, but as an audio interface. You’ll have to setup the Ins and outs in Studio One.
I use my Model 16 as an interface with Studio One on occasion and it works well when I do.

I just bought the same gear. I was wondering if you might explain the steps you used to connect the 16 and Studio 1. Or, perhaps a link that would explain?
