hi there, I'm the newbie; as I am german, I hope my english is good enough ;-))
I have a problem with my tascam DP-03. when I turn it on, it seems to search the cd-drive, obviously without getting sort of connected to it. so the machine ends up in a loop, I hear the sound of the cd-drive but I cannot stop it, because it doesn't react to any action except interrupting the power supply. when this error occurred for the first time, there was an error code sort of "cdd error 102" and it helped to open the cd drawer with a small pin, but now this doesn't work anymore. I think it's not sane to cut off power supply anytime I want to start recording. could the cd drive be broken and needs to be replaced? maybe anybody has a solution ...??
