Does anyone know about these things? Apparently it’s a rolling rack mount console for RTRs. I found one on eBay under this name and a google search returns like one picture. What were they designed for? Are they rare?
I don't think we ever saw one in Chicago but they seem to be made for 70 series of 25-2 or 35-2 type models. If you have two piece units like the 35-2 hen you just need to take measurements. I would say they are rare and designed for certain models. The 70 series Tascam decks came in console furniture like these but we saw only 1 or 2 in Chicago service.
