Hi There, I'm just getting back to looking at the relay situation. I ordered a couple of the SYNC/REPRO relays you recommended, but I get output from both heads, so I'm thinking the problem is the record relay, metal can (24V G2V-2??) since that channel just doesn't record. It used to, but not now. I'll remove it from the board and see if I can get it apart to check and clean the contacts. I can find it in the schematics and in the parts list with the service guide. I'll let you know how I make out. thanks again.

I have used the G6A-234P and other used a cheaper on which is taller but the G6A is for low signal switching and the other is not.
