Hi to all, I have a Tascam 788 that is running version 2.00 software. I would like to up grade to 2.02 but have not been able to find the files needed. I do not have the external CD ROM drive so I,m not sure if this is even possible. I would be able to pull the hard drive in the 788 and load it from my computer if I need to.
Also does anyone know if the inputs on the 788 require a microphone impedance transformer or just a 1/4" TRS to XLR balanced adapter for the inputs. My unit did not include the adapters and I,m not sure which type I would need to purchase. Thanks in advance for any help! dadroadie
