Just got it and opened it today. It was B-stock from a very reputable seller on Reverb.
I've tested the supplied power cable on other gear and the cable is working. I tried it with a power conditioner and still no luck. In the troubleshooting section of the manual it simply says "Confirm that the power plug and other connections are inserted completely."
Only reasons I can think of why it might not be working:
1) Poor power in an old house (never been a problem with other gear)
2) Damaged in shipping (though it was very well packed in the original box)
3) An SD card is required to boot it.
4) Blown fuse(s). I'm not very knowledgeable about electronics, but as far as I can tell, the fuses are intact.
