Trouble Installing TM Companion on Win 10

Hi guys,
Got a fresh installation puter
AMD 3600X and B550M motherboard with 2x 1TB M2 SSD.
Running Win 10 (I'm also having problems on my HP laptop Win 10 also)

Trying to install the International or US site TM Companion V1.51
I'm being blocked, every attempt.
I have hanged admin setting to "never notify".
I can install FW drivers ok, but not TMCompanion.
Don't have any problem with any other programs.
Any idea?

I am an Admin for both computers
And every time I attempt an install, I'm prompted with "An admin has blocked this installation" blah blah blah.
Have checked all security settings, but stumped now

Fixed.
I had to run command prompt as admin, and install there.
So far so good

I had the same problem. Googled it, changed a setting in Device Manager and that solved it.

For reference, what did you tweak in your Device Manager?

@djnoshow: I misremembered, it was actually a setting in the Registry Editor. If followed this YouTube tutorial:

In short, for those knowing the Windows Registry editor: Under Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System, double click the 'EnableLUA' and change the value from 1 to 0. After that, you need to restart the PC.

I would recommend changing the value back to 1 if this doesn't break anything, since User Account Control (which this is) is also a form of protection for your computer..
