US 16X8 Online Conferencing Issues

Hey, this is my first post. I hope someone can help.

I've had my US 16X8 for a few years now and love it. However for the past few months any audio and/or video conferencing (such as zoom, discord and hangouts) can't pick up an input. They worked perfectly fine before. On Discord, when you test the input it is sporadically there, but once you select it it drops out. The output sometimes works, other times it doesn't.
Everything else using the 16X8 works, including Studio One for recording and as the main output for my PC.
My drivers are up to date. Not sure if its a driver issue or maybe it has something to do with a windows update maybe? Has anyone else had the same problem and can anyone help.

Damien, I too own a US 16X08 and haven't had any luck using it with Zoom, so I'll be watching this thread.

Hi Mark,
Yeah it's a real pain. I need to have my laptop set up on my desk zoom or anything else. I actually sent a message to Tascam directly months ago but have had no response.
