2488mkII with t2488- Faders drop down when stop, played!

Some of my machine buttons dont work so I use mixermuse. When ever I hit stop or rewind my faders all drop down to lowest position. I have been reading the manual, has something to do with scene changes I think... im kinda stuck :|
