Batch/mass input / return flip?

Is there an easy way to do a mass change of all channels from input to return instead of doing them one at a time on each channel?

Maybe I'm overlooking the obvious but I haven't found a way to do it.

Maybe a snapshot/scene? Would that be the best way?

Yep. One snap shot for input, the other for the return.

There's also a way to do it with a batch maneuver, but it's been awhile and
it's not on the tip of my memory.

In your Routing>Input tab, you can flip batches of 8 channels IIRC. It's in the lower part of the screen. Ofcourse snapshots work great too, but they may flip a lot more than just channels.

That's what the 'Recall Safe' menu is for.

Input/RTRN mimics the way an analog board utilizes "inline" functionality right? RTRN acting like the small fader for monitoring what's coming off tape? I get my DM tomorrow and can't wait to test out all this knowledge you guys are throwing around.
