Can´t record and use Amplitube 3 with Tascam US-1641 anymore

Is there anybody who know what to do when it doesn´t work to record properly, and use Ampliube 3 with Tascam US-1641 anymore? With line6 PODHD500 as USB audio inteface it works, but PODHD500 doesn´t have USB MIDI as US-1641, so i can´t use software synths on my 64 bit windows 7 laptop anymore, controlled by Korg X50 as MIDI keyboard or my guitarsynth AXON ax 100 MKll. There are no new drivers for my to download and install. Do anybody have a clue of what to do?
