DM-24 MMC + MTC Timecode metering

Hi

Got MMC control from the DM-24 to my Akai DR-16 no problem there

What I would like if possible is to see the MTC time code on the meterbrige

I have tried various things in the Timcode Sync page to get it to appear on the
meterbridge but no luck

Perhaps this only happens when you have a Tascam machine connected and
control transport functions ?

It's not a big deal as the system works to control my Akai DR-16 transport functions
at least start-stop and that makes my DAW start stop

It would be neat to see the bars/beats in the meterbridge tc counter is all

Any help would be appreciated

Good morning William,
I have the alesis Hd24 with my dm24 and it works great. First make sure your midi ins/out cables are connected. Dm24 midi out to midi in on the Akai Dr16 and midi out from Akai Dr16 to midi in on the Dm24. On the Dm24 go to your Option-Sync page in the sync source area check the circle for MIDI in Mtc. Go to the Midi/MMC page on the Dm24 and Add MMC OPEN, change the ID#to 03 check the TRA circle under REC select 1-16. Hope this helps. Take Care
