DM-3200 Help

Recently started helping with sound at my Church but instead of a traditional live mixer, they have a Tascam DM-3200. I need to accomplish a couple of things, hopefully you guys can help:

1. How do I access the EQ for each individual channel (1-16)

2. How do I access monitor sends for each individual channel (1-16)

3. How do I access effects each individual channel (1-16)

On a traditional live mixer, all these controls are right in front of you, but the DM-3200 is very different...please help. Thanks

For the EQ it's probably easiest to access them all through the screen interface by selecting the channel you want and pushing the "Module" button. Page 66 in the user's manual, I highly suggest you download the PDF of it. The DM-3200 is a very powerful (and therefore semi-complex) board to operate if you don't have a lot of experience with digital boards and are coming from an analog board background.
