Dp-008ex or dp-03sd

Looking to trade up my DP-004. Are there any real differences between the DP-008ex and the DP-03SD?

The only real difference I can see is the DP03 is mains power only, has level faders and a 3-function footswitch.

I can get either with only a £20 difference in price. Would the DP-03SD be the better buy?

DP03SD has the nicer form factor (bigger!) so that the controls are not as cramped as on the DP008EX and it offers faders instead of knobs.

MTR functionalities are very similar (DP03SD has additional LOCATION marks and a stereo send FX bus). DP008EX has insert dynamic input FX and a slightly different mixdown/mastering workflow.

I suggest to have a closer look at the two user manuals and highlight your priorities.
