DP-02 Mastering task, setting IN mark

When I set the IN mark (prior to mastering) at the 5 second mark and then press the master and Record/Play, it automatically goes back to 0 instead of the 5 second mark. Why? How do I get it to start recording at the 5 second mark? Hopefully someone can help.
