DR-5
I just picked up my DR-5 after a few years of inactivity with it and find that it has the rather annoying habit of requiring me to reset the time and date after every battery change. It may have always had this issue - (my memory isn't quite what it used to be), or it might have a lithium cell or high capacity cap inside that has coughed its' cookies since I used it last. The manual doesn't address the question at all.
Before I open it up and poke around, I just wondering whether anyone knows whether this was a design issue, or something I can remedy by a part replacement? (I realize that SMD boards are a bear to work on but I've had good luck in the past)
Many thanks!
