European 230v in US

If I buy an older dp 32 from Europe where they use 230v will it work in the USA 120v without a step down adapter? I believe it would have the PS-1225L adapter where the wall plug portion is a separate cord like the old lap tops that you could switch out easy.
i.e. are the units sold around the world the same or have different rectifiers/converter components inside?

Zooming in on that adapter photo, it says "Input 100-240 V, 50-80 Hz", so that would mean you only need a different power cord to the adapter with a US wall plug on it.

I'm using the EU type adaptor here in Taiwan with a pin adaptor. Our power grid is just like the USA power grid.

Thanks for the responses. This one is in Italy. The older ones with the cd and midi used to show up once in a while but are getting harder to find lately, it's cheaper to buy a newer sd model used.
