Fader Calibration Failed

Hi everyone. I recently turned on the machine and at start up procedure it said fader calibration failed. None of the faders work now, not even the master fader. I can control channels with mouse via mixer screen but no luck with the faders at all. I am a novice with this machine, can anyone tell me what the issue might be. Part of the reason I wanted a machine like this was to have actual faders rather than a mouse and keyboard. I purchased it used. Thank you for any input which would be helpful.

Do you have the installation cd? Use the diagnostics from it
