File Error

I'm getting a "file error" on my DP24 numerous times that requires rebooting, and sometimes unplugging the machine when it won't turn on/off

There could be numerous reasons for this. I suggest you type "file error" in the forum search box at the top of the screen, then click on the site results tab. Perhaps one or more of the posts here will help you narrow down what's going on in your particular case and offer a solution that's worked in the past. Hope this helps you solve your problem. If not, make a follow up post once you've narrowed down possible causes.

There was nothing relevant I could find----would getting a new SD card help??

Have you tried... and in this order:

1) updates to the latest firmware for your specific model

2) performed a full fresh reformat of your SD card

And, for the record, which SD card are you using?
