HELP Terrible buzz - through the roof

That's certainly a pickle. Assuming that nothing is plugged into M/L inputs while this is buzzing? I'd unplug everything and see if this still happens. If it it disappears, reconnect one at a time until it comes back to find the culprit. It can also be a bad capacitor somewhere common to all M/L inputs.
Is this a new problem that developed or is this DM24 a new acquisition and you discovered this issue right out of the gate?

Your issue may be the same problem which points to a capacitor in one of the Power Supply units. I recall there were many failures with the PS and the DM24.
Hope this helps and points you in the right direction. It makes sense to me as the PS would be a single point of failure which would explain why you're having an issue across all inputs.

I've had this for a decade and its just started doing this (and yes nothing plugged in)
