How do I change the bitrate on my US-322

The specs claim it supports up to 192kbps, but I cannot find where to change it

I think you're confusing streaming bitrate (in kbps) with audio interface sample rate. AFAIK, the US-322 supports up to 96 kHz (the US-366 up to 192 kHz). Not that you'll notice any difference, but that's a different discussion..

I don't have this device, so can't help you on where to change sample rate.
