New Update Us 16x8 Windows 10 and Cubase 10 Not working

In Windows 10 PRO (1803 / 17134.648) and a Surface PRO 4, using Cubase 10.0.15 (latest version), just after authorizing proposed update in control panel of US 16x8 (it is the update that is seen in page https://tascam.com/us/product/us-16x08/download in "Settings Panel V3.00 for Windows" of 04-08-2019): the ASIO driver fails in Cubase to select it.
As detatail:
1. List of Windows updates: KB4100347, KB4230204, KB4462930, KB4463318
2. Update "Settings Panel V3.00 for Windows" of 04-08-2019"
2 When the error occurs in Cubase, when selecting the ASIO driver, it is the example shown on this page https://www.steinberg.net/en/support/knowledgebase_new/show_details/kb_show/setting-up -a-driver-for-audio-output-pc-windows.html, but for the driver "US-16x8 Asio".

Had similar problems with Samplitude Pro X3. Had to uninstall V3.00 and load the previous version 2.12. Tascam needs to address this problem.

fuck tascam, they are disabled fuckers who made this junk and cant provide proper drivers. even behringer doesnt have such problems.
suck my dick Tascam! i was trying to set this shit up, but after 1 year of fucking with it i just threw it to trash bin. Worst 279 euros spent in my life. And got Focusrite 18i18 wich works like a charm. Even fucking inter
