Could you please help me with this problem: today I connected my new Series 208i and it seems the physical monitor balance knob on the interface doesn't do anything when I turn the knob all the way to the left and all the way to the right.
I thought maybe it's a routing problem, so I've tried numerous combinations, but they all fail to work. I have to say.
I do hear my DAW when playing back recorded tracks and the four inputs all work fine.
Can anyone advice me on what to change in my settings to make this knob work and I can get started recording again? Or is this an error in the device?
