Tascam 16x08 Not seeing Mic inputs only MIDI

The MIDI input is working, but not the line inputs. We have had the unit for a year and the mic inputs worked fine until a few weeks ago but they stopped. Not sure if there is a split in the power and maybe those sources are powered separately from the MIDI or the unit itself. The Mac sees the unit but not those sources.
