Hi,
I bought my Tascam DR-40 with the firmware v1.3, updated firmware to 2.10, I got so many functions and options, works great.
I bought a 2nd Tascam with a firmware v2.10, options were not the same as my 1st one, so I updated firmware to v2.11, still no change, and options are still missing, seems like update did nothing at all, and when I power-up this 2nd Tascam, it gives me v2.11 firm.
In the "Rec mode" button:
My 1st Tascam (I'm afraid to update) firm. v2.10 gives me :
Rec mode
Source
Dual level
LVL ctrl
MS decode
My 2nd Tascam firm. v2.0 updated to v2.11 gives me :
Rec mode
Source
MS decode
What can I do ?
