Tascam FW-1804 detected only if power cycling PC (Win 10 64bit)

Tascam FW 1804
As title, my FW-1804 audio interface will be detected only if I power cycle the computer. Otherwise, if I simply turn on the sound card while I'm using the PC, it will not be detected. Restarting the PC or the sound card won't change anything. It needs the PC to be turned off and on again. After that the green firewire light indicator will turn on and the card will work just fine.

I know we're talking about 15+ years old FW audio interface on a modern Windows 10 machine and for this reason I've expected to be some issues, but I still wanted to know if exists some kind of solution for this.

Update: Just power up everything this morning, now is not connecting in any possible way? Am I missing something with these units? I'm genuinely confused now.
 
Solved thanks to a gearspace user that had the same problem and replaced 10 capacitors from the power supply. These were the caps:

ALL RADIAL 105° 5/7000h CAPS


C14 2200uf 16V (diam 12,50mm)

C15 4700uf 10V (diam 12,50mm) (h 26,50mm)

C17 1000uf 10V (diam 10mm)

C23 : 330uf 10V (diam 8mm)

C24 1uf 50V (diam 5mm)

C25 100uf 10V (diam 5mm)

C27 100uf 63V (diam 10mm)

C28 100uf 63V (diam 10mm)

C7 330uf 25V (diam 10mm)

C10 330uf 25V (diam 10mm)
