US 16x08 not working with Studio One 4.1

Hi ! I have tried everything to get this unit to work and it will not work in my DAW. I am using Presonus studio one 4.1. I can get the Settings Panel to come up and I get a signal in their and see it but I do notice that its shows under the interface tab and sample rate "no ASIO driver" I am Running Windows 10 64 bit. I have a i5 processor with 16 gigs of ram. When I launch Studio One 4 I can see US 16x08 and US 16x08 Mixing Driver as options to choose under Audio Interfaces but when I chose one I get these errors "The audio device US-16x08 mixing driver has failed to start correctly" "The audio device US 16x08 Mixing Driver could not be initialized" Ive tried unistalling the drivers and reinstalling and updating windows and Ive had no luck. When I hook up my USB Presonus Interface it just recognizes it with no issues. I’ve updated the firmware and have the latest driver and Settings panel. Why cant I get this to work? Any help is appreciated. Thank you so much!!!!

SO 4.1 here working great with 16x08. After the 1803 Win update, I had to do this:
