US 2x2 - All lights flashing

I've just got a US 2x2, and after installing the latest drivers and software for my computer, I plugged it in to my computer for the first time. However, the computer doesn't seem to recognise the unit and all of the LED lights on the front are flashing. I've waited for over 20 minutes to see if anything would happen, but I got nothing. Have I done something or is it broken?? Thanks for any help you can give!

I fixed my US-2x2 by returning it and getting a focusrite 2i2

Sorry, I know you were looking for an actual solution, but after having repeated issues with drivers, hardware, and no response from Tascam 2 weeks after writing them, I decided it was time to let go.

I'm very happy I switched.

Edit: Just to offer some insight, I never experienced blinking lights during my ownership. Either the lights would stay on (good), or they would be completely dark whenever windows couldn't detect it.
