US-366 control knobs not working

Hello. I have a Tascam US-366 and I'm attempting to get it to work on my Mac. I'm running the El Capitan OS. I've updated to the latest firmware and now the control knobs on the Tascam are not responding. Only the Input 1 will work (its hooked up to my guitar). The volume of the music from my computer and turntable cannot be attenuated.

Does anybody have any helpful hints?
