Weird power issue

Sometimes when I switch on my Model 12 the screen only flashes for less then a second and then nothing more happens. If i turn the power off and then on again - nothing happens (not even the short flash).

But if I unplug the power adapter and then plug it in again - and then switch on the mixer - it always starts up. Then it works fine until I come back in the morning a few days later and try to switch it on again..

It's been like this for the last month.. Mixer is 2 months old.

Should I send it back or just keep it unplugged while off?

That's a question for TASCAM support, or the vendor from whom you purchased your Model 12.

Hi! Did you get answer for this? I got the same issue with new model 12 and i wonder if it will ne problem in future.

I found that if i turn on the mixer before the rest of the gear it stopped happening.
It's bothering me - but not enough to send it back
