Why is my WAV volume so low after mastering and normalizing? HELP!

Following the tasks step by step and my mixdown/mastering sounds great/troubleshooting all the steps-my WAV file is still coming out super low sounding. I have to be missing something

15 tracks recorded-no bounce steps done-mixdown-compress/EQ and it sounds great- once I import it to laptop it sounds like poo
