Workflow Test - DP-24 SD for Record / Studio One V3 for Mix

As I wait for my left hand to get up to speed (after stopping guitar playing for the last year due to arthritis which is now in remission) I am getting my brain up to speed on using both the DP-24 SD and Studio One in unison. I decided to use the DP-24 SD Demo Song in my testing of the USB export process from the DP-24 . Once exported I am using them in Studio One as stems for mixing.

Things are going exceedingly well as I go thru this process. Exporting is quick and easy and mixing is a joy.

Tom, I'm very sorry to hear you've been having arthritis issues with your left hand. Glad it's in remission now!

I've been doing the same for a few years now. I produced our CD last year, recorded on the DP24, and mixed in Reaper (Mac). I did send it out for final mastering, which is worth the $$$. I really can't stand editing on the Tascam ...
