2400 main output and control room output question

In the section on the mixer named "Monitors" there are 5 Aux knobs. Are those only heard in the Control Room outs (I hope) or they also added to the main outs? I have a situation where I need to hear the main outs and 1 Aux knob, but not have that Aux knob output added to the main outs. If this can't be done is there another way? maybe using the 2 bus outs? Or fader 21-22 with the Main button not on, or maybe the 7-8 on and the Sub 7-8 fader up, but not being added to the Main outs?

Welcome to the community, @GMP2025.

I'm not an owner/user of the Model series of mixers, but the Owner Manual's Block Diagram should trace the signal flow of the 5 Aux busses. Together with the descriptions in the "Names & Functions" section, these should get you pointed in the right direction.
