Does anyone know what the [TONE] setting in the [AMP] tab in the multi-effect actually does?
Obviously it alters the tone..........(I know that already)...... but what exactly is it.
Is it a sweepable notch filter or a parametric boost centered around the adjustable frequency(.0.12 to 1.26kHz)?
Is it supposed to simulate mic placement?
The reason I ask is because I would like to emulate it with an outboard EQ. I can get close to the sound I want with it as is, but not close enough so I'd like to try something else.
