2488neo error when exporting tracks via usb

I have been recording with this unit for a couple years now and just encountered my first issue. Going through the export of selected tracks via USB, when I reach the final stage after the tracks have been written, I am getting this error: "Sorry, an error is occurred. Start the Auto Repair program. Press (Exit/NO)". However, Exit/No does not do anything and the system is frozen. Only thing I can do is power off. I have done that and restarted, but going through the process again only leads me to the same spot. Each partition file shows tons of free space so I know I have not reached partition or HD capacity. Not sure what or how to perform the Auto Repair program, could not find that in the User's Manual. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time and reading this.

Wazzu. Whenever I use export, I reform the FAT partition beforehand. It fills up very quickly.

It would be interesting to know what the Auto Repair programme
is.
