644 not powering on

Changed the belt and tried powering it on. Nothing. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

That is like telling a Technician that the unit does not work. That leaves it to the Technician to go find the problem himself. Sometimes they miss it.
I have seen broken solder joints at the power jack section after that it is time to trace DC with a meter.
