ADAT card DM4800 install

Hello all,

Just purchased an ADAT card for my 4800, I will be transferring 16 tracks of audio from my blackface ADATS into Sonar X2, my question, I have not yet installed this new second card, is there anything I should be aware of when installing it ?? is it just a matter of opening the slot and plugging it in ?? any input is always appreciated .. thanks Jim

Just be aware of the Slot guides before you put it in. Make sure you look into cavity of the card slot to see how to line it up and then make sure it snaps in and secure it with screws. Good luck and happy transferring!
