Bad sound quality Model 12

Hello guys
I bought model 12 when I am connected on PC mood; it sounds low quality and not in stereo.
ch 1 and 2 are working normally on PC mood,
On DAW mood, it works with stereo and good sound quality
Another problem is the subwoofer is working from the sound the sub channel

Try to crank up the buffer size in ModelMixer Settings Panel (Windows).
