Bluetooth input audio balance to channels 9/10 not centered

I have spoken with TEAC tech support, updated firmware, tested multiple Bluetooth devices, and still the Bluetooth stereo audio signal being sent to channels 9/10 is not centered - the left is about 6-10 bds louder than the right. If I go direct in to the same channel there is not problem.

Anyone have any clue what the problem is? Literally the first thing I tested when I set it up.

have you tried a different blue tooth source?

I have not tried my model 24 with bluetooth as I don't really have a need for that. (Not relevant but I've tried that channel on the mixer with just a regular unbalanced stereo line input as that's hopefully going to be a big part of my way of working, and wish it had a gain knob like the other channels,)
