Control room - headphone jack

So I just received my new dm3200. Have everything set up in protools 10. Using it as an interface and controller. My problem is that I can't hear anything coming out of the headphone jack on the "control room" section of the mixer during playback from protools. Any suggestions? Please help, I'm so close!!

Sounds like a routing issue. Check this thread for some deep insight into using the DM with ProTools.
