CPU difference between Dp-24 and Dp-32?

Hi, I am looking at either a Dp24 or a Dp32 and was wondering if anyone knows if there is a difference in the CPU specs between the two models? Is the same processor handling 8 more tracks with the Dp32 and if so is there a performance issue with number of FX, stability, midi sync, etc? Thanks for any help.

@Rocky Reid being a hardware device, it's been designed to limit what can be done so that it cannot be overwhelmed with operations, as opposed to a DAW, where one could add plugins until it ceased to function. As a tape based multitrack veteran, I can tell you that both DP machines are snappy and responsive, extremely reliable and predictable, provided you keep the firmware up to date and use only approved SD media.
