Cubase Record with Adat PRE! Fader?

Hi.
We Record our Mixes with Cubase over Adat 16 channel with 1 Adat card in slot 1.

The questions is. How can i take the signals Pre Channel Faders? The Direct Button is Actived in every channel but the effect is only that the channel would be recorded, but only POST fader.

Shift > Option > Preferences > check the box that says "Direct Out Mode: Post ADC"

This will make the direct out pre-fade/pre-eq.
