Delay timing issue

I have a Model 12, and with all 3 delay FXs there is an initial delay of 100 ms before the set time kicks in. This makes the delays unusable for any settings other than 100 ms. Is there some setting I'm missing, or could that be a potential firmware update?

EDIT: It appears to work fine with delay times < 100 ms

Same here with a new Model 16 running the latest firmware. Not pleased at all with this, as delay is about the only built-in effect I'd want to use on the thing.
