DM24 hardware version ( new trimpot)

Hello,
I' m newbye of Dm24 I'm intersted to purchase it!
I have read in many forums that the dm 24 has problems with the trim pots,8 (nonliearities of input level regulation..)
Many forums report that Tascam said that "hardware version 2" have a "new type" of trim pots to solve the problem....
How can I recognize the version 2?
