After following the comments in the various parts of this forum and a bit of support from the (gasp!) Tascam phone line I almost have my equipment up and working. I am having one problem that I am not able to figure out though. If I put a signal into M/L 1, 2, 3 or whatever, the output from the 3200 routes to track 2 in Sonar. I have double checked inputs and have verified channel 1-16 as M/L 1-16. Outputs are the matching buss/directs. I read this as channel 1 should go out through buss 1 and so forth. Slot 1 outputs to sonar are the sequential buss/directs as well. I have set the rtns on channel 1-16 as the returns to the FW card from sonar. That part seems to be functioning. I have tried different input channels when configuring sonar and futzing with the output assignments on the DM3200 and nothing changes. What am I missing?
