Does Model 12 send midi clock during Vamp?

The Model 12 checks a lot of boxes for me. Most modern digital multi-trackers don't have midi out so that you can sync your gear to bedtracks.

If the Model 12 sends proper midi clock during a seamless loop (vamp) - that would be inspirational!

Does it also send song position? Not sure I would use that, but curious as well.

Sure, it outputs midi clock, but does it do this seamlessly when a Vamp is looping?
Does it send song position data?

I asked the question as I was curious to buy a Model 12. Then I bought a Model 12, and have been doing testing of latency, audio file use, etc. So I will test this and report back !
